Job Summary

The Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for various academic, creative, technical, and administrative roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent sourcing abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Create detailed job descriptions and post job openings across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face interviews for faculty, admin, BD, creative, and management roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Maintain an updated candidate pipeline for future requirements.

2. Recruitment Operations

  • Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Negotiate salary packages and provide offer letters.
  • Manage pre-boarding and onboarding formalities.

3. Employer Branding & Outreach

  • Represent the brand at job fairs, campus hiring events, and professional networking activities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives in social media, websites, and recruitment marketing materials.

4. Coordination & Compliance

  • Ensure recruitment policies and processes are followed consistently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with HR standards.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidate fit for both skills and culture.
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Experience

  • 14 years of recruitment experience (corporate or educational sector preferred).
  • Experience hiring for creative, design, animation, gaming, or media roles is a plus.
