HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal positions.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal database.
  
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate communication skills, experience, and job fit.
  
• Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and follow up on feedback.
  

Candidate Coordination

• Brief candidates about job roles, responsibilities, and company culture.
  
• Ensure smooth interview flow and timely updates to candidates.
  
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
  

Hiring Target Achievement

• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets for voice/non-voice processes.
  
• Maintain strong pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  
• Track and monitor all open positions until closure.
  

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
  
• Present suitable profiles within defined timelines.
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain trackers for interviews, offers, drops, and joining updates.
  
• Share daily/weekly recruitment reports with HR Manager.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in

  BPO hiring

  (voice/non-voice, customer support, telesales).
• Good understanding of mass hiring, fresher hiring, and communication assessment.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work under deadlines.
  
• Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  
• Basic understanding of HR processes and onboarding.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hiring for

  domestic & international BPOs

  .
• Experience in internal HR team (not mandatory but preferred).
  
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
