Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (25%) Source, screen, and interview candidates across various positions Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate coordination, and onboarding Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations Human Resources Management (25%) Handle employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration Address employee queries and grievances Organize team building activities and employee engagement initiatives Implement HR policies and procedures Operations Management (25%) Oversee daily business operations and process optimization Coordinate office administration and facility management Handle project coordination and cross-functional collaboration Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Sales Support & Business Development (25%) Support sales team with lead generation and client relationship management Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations Maintain CRM systems and sales databases Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities Handle client communications and follow-ups Support business development initiatives and market research Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or related field MBA preferred but not mandatory Experience 3-7 years of experience in business operations, HR, or related roles Previous experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Exposure to sales processes and client management Experience with multi-functional roles preferred Skills & Competencies Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Technology : Proficiency in MS Office Suite, HRIS systems, CRM tools, and recruitment platforms Analytical : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Leadership : Team management and coordination skills Adaptability : Ability to multitask and switch between different functional areas Interpersonal : Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
