Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Delight:
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, including pre-boarding and post-boarding activities.
- Ensure the accurate completion and submission of onboarding documentation in HRMS.
- Conduct orientation sessions covering company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Perform background checks (education, criminal, and reference verification) within set turnaround times.
- Manage employee records, including ID cards, access cards, and referral processes.
- Coordinate with the admin team for travel and accommodation arrangements for new hires.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing concerns and ensuring a seamless transition.
- Maintain compliance by regularly auditing employee records and processes.
- Continuously enhance the onboarding experience by gathering feedback and implementing improvements.
HR Operations :
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation (contracts, renewals, confirmations, etc.).
- Process HR-related documentation, including employment letters, employee changes, and terminations.
- Implement and manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with statutory labor laws (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Any additional responsibilities that may be assigned based on business needs.
Project Management :
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
Employee Engagement & Benefits Administration :
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and maintain open communication channels regards to policies and benefits.
- Support and organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Manage employee benefits programs like employee discounts, wedding gift vouchers etc.,
HR System & Zoho Management :
- Ensure
Zoho HRMS
is consistently updated with employee data and reports. - Conduct audits of the system to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on onboarding and operations
- Proficiency in
Zoho HRMS
and HR compliance tools - Strong knowledge of
HR Onboarding and operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Skills and Competencies:
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in HR systems, especially Zoho
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processes
