Human Resource Manager (Ravi Industries, Pune)

Timings: 9:30 to 6:30 pm Monday to Sunday (Thursdays off)

Ravi Industries has been accredited by various esteemed certifications and approvals since its establishment such as ASME U and U2- Stamp Certification : Manufacturing of Pressure vessels, ASME R-Stamp Certification : Metallic Repairs at our works and for field repairs, ASME S-Stamp Certification : Manufacturing and assembly of power boilers, ISO 9001:2015 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007, National Board Certification, ADNOC and EIL Certification.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Workforce Planning

  • Lead hiring for all roles welders, engineers, QA, and leadership positions.
  • Create a steady manpower pipeline and reduce hiring delays.

2. HR Systems and Discipline

  • Implement attendance, leave, and payroll systems.
  • Ensure labour law compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Apprenticeships).
  • Maintain employee records, job descriptions, and contracts.

3. Training and Development

  • Launch in-house training programs for welders, engineers, and supervisors.
  • Coordinate certification and safety training.
  • Build a learning and accountability culture on the shop floor.

4. Performance and Culture

  • Introduce structured performance review systems and KPIs.
  • Improve communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Drive engagement, recognition, and discipline programs.

5. HR Operations

  • Manage onboarding, exit, and employee lifecycle.
  • Support management in policy creation and implementation.
  • Regularly report HR metrics and recommendations

Candidate Profile

  • 4-10 years

    of HR generalist experience

    , preferably in

    manufacturing or fabrication industry

    .
  • Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, training, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Comfortable working on the shop floor and engaging with both engineers and technicians.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
  • Self-driven and capable of building systems from scratch.
