We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Leader who will be responsible for shaping and executing our people strategy to support the Groups growth vision. This role demands a combination of HR business partnering, organizational development, workforce planning, and change management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across all institutions in the Group.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
Drive people engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and improve retention.
Lead change management programs to support business transformation and innovation.
Partner with business units as a HRBP to identify talent needs, performance goals, and development plans.
Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and key talent programs.
Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and recommend strategic interventions.
