1. HR budgeting and Manpower Planning
2. Recruitment of employees and JD defining as per Manpower planning
3. Conducting the HR Interviews and processing the candidature for further process interviews if shortlisted
4. Offer enrollment
5. Administration of Payroll
6. Liaoning with statutory & Legal authorities
7. Implementation of company policies and procedures
8. Periodic HR MIS
9. Overlooking HR activities of the HR team, with specific emphasis to Attendance
10. Preparing the Employee goal sheet and KRA/KPI
11. Taking necessary disciplinary action for non-adherence to policies
12. Handling Inter Office Communication along with PR and social media page of Dream Wall Paints Pvt Ltd.
13. Handling appraisal process and conducting appraisals as per appraisal cycle
14. Handling statutory Compliances and audit
15. Maintaining leave records and attendance record ensuring full compliance thereof
16. Planning and organizing the employee engagement activities
17. Giving induction to new joiners
18. Organizing training periodically on basic motivation and skill development
19. Conducting EXIT Interviews and planning retention of employees
20. Cross checking all the reimbursement bills of the employees
Day to day HR and admin Support to management
1. 3+ Years experience in HR domain
2. Graduate+ Diploma in HR/ MBA /PGDBM
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Highly self-motivated
