Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager position at Psk Business solutions LLp in Kalyan West is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the Human Resources function and shape the people strategy of the company. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR areas, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with Indian labor laws. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies that support overall business goals, leading talent acquisition and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent, driving employee training, development, and succession planning initiatives, strengthening organizational culture, employee engagement, and diversity efforts, managing performance management systems, recognition, and feedback processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices, overseeing HR budgets, resources, and analytics for informed decision-making, leading and mentoring the HR team for professional growth, and partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and change management. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience. HR certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD are preferred, and you should have strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HRIS/ATS systems, and best practices. Proven expertise in employee engagement, change management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, the ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and drive organizational change. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Master's degree in HR or a related field, experience in MNCs or fast-paced business environments, strong project and crisis management skills, knowledge of compensation, benefits, and talent management, experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives, and multilingual skills would be a plus.
