Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who will also oversee key HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting HR operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. This role requires coordination with multiple stakeholders, including the accounts team, consultants, and internal departments, to drive hiring, compliance, and administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AES HR and Administrative activities including ensuring smooth functioning of office premises.
  • Problem resolution, Mobilizing right personnel.
  • HR Activities, collecting requirement from internal stake holders, posting jobs, connecting with consultants and preliminary screening of candidates.
  • Preparing offer letters and relieving letters for the candidates.
  • Maintaining strict confidentialy on employee salaries, Costing sheets, revenues, proposals etc.liaise with Accounts and provide them all necessary inputs
  • Ensuring all Administrative, HR and Accounts requirements are met from relevant stake holders.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles (technical and non-technical)
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies
  • Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate and support employer branding initiatives
  • Prepare hiring reports and recruitment metrics as needed
  • Prepare offer letters, NDAs, and manage the end-to-end on boarding process for new employees.
  • Provide support for employee issue resolution.
  • Attend night meetings related to business strategy and work status updates.
  • Prepare and manage monthly expense records and accounts using MS Excel.
  • Ensure all bills are paid on time.
  • Prepare attendance sheets, vendor data sheets, offer letters, invoices, purchase orders (POs), and other related documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical recruiting (IT, engineering, etc.)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
