Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and recruitment processes within a growing marketing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews)
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Handle basic documentation and internal communication
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new joiners
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
• Assist in employee engagement and office culture initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and email tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business Administration / Management
• Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
