  • Assist in

    designing and updating training modules

    for employees and clinical staff.
  • Coordinate

    training schedules, logistics, and communication

    with participants.
  • Support the

    onboarding and induction

    process for new hires.
  • Help in developing

    e-learning content, presentations, and training materials

  • Collect and analyze

    training feedback and metrics

    to measure program effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update the

    Learning Management System (LMS)

    and training records.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to identify

  • Assist in

    Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • completed MBA/PGDM or relevant Masters degree in HR or Organizational Psychology.
  • Strong interest in

    Learning & Development

    and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
