Responsibilities: Assisting in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interviewers. Assisting familiarize new employees with company policies and procedures. Coordinating employee onboarding activities and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy. Contributing ideas to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization. Assisting in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures in line with current employment laws and regulations Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
