About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 2-month internship. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment (IT & NON-IT) , stakeholder coordination , and client visit support . Roles & Responsibilities (R&R): Support end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar and white-collar roles. Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders/clients for hiring requirements. Participate in client visits and assist in documenting discussions and follow-ups. Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Support HR team in day-to-day operations and documentation. Desired Candidate Profile: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR / Business Administration or related fields. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel for client visits (as required). Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus. What You Will Gain: Exposure to diverse hiring processes (blue & white collar). Hands-on experience with client and stakeholder interaction.
