Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Support onboarding process: documentation, orientation scheduling, and induction coordination.
• Help manage attendance records, leave applications, and other HR operational data.
• Maintain and update employee records both digitally and physically.
• Assist with drafting HR letters, internal communications, and announcements.
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Coordinate with colleges and job portals for internship/job postings.
• Work on HR MIS and analytics reports as per requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation or Post Graduation in HR or relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn and handle confidential data with integrity
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
