About the Role:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

  • Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding formalities for new hires.
  • Assist in preparing induction materials and welcome kits.
  • Support the execution of employee orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and employee records.

Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.
  • Support in scheduling, communication, and logistics for learning sessions.
  • Help in maintaining training databases and feedback records.
  • Participate in the creation of learning content and internal communication materials.

General HR Support:

  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR projects.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team as needed.

Desired Profile:

  • Pursuing or completed

    MBA / PGDM in Human Resources

    .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Attention to detail with a proactive learning attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
