Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment: preparing job postings, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires.
  • Update and maintain employee records and personnel files.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Help in organizing and delivering training and development programs as per the schedule and maintain records.
  • Support administration of employee benefits (such as leave and attendance).
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies.
  • Coordinate to compile HR data and prepare reports.
  • Support performance management by monitoring and providing feedback.
  • Help organize HR events and employee engagement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • High motivation to learn and develop HR competencies.
  • Ability to interact confidently with all levels of staff.
  • Organizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
