Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & External Talent Mapping

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and design effective hiring strategies.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive market mapping for critical and future roles.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, head hunters, referrals, and campus engagements.
  • Drive quality hiring by ensuring cultural and functional fit throughout the selection process.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards with timely reporting, analytics, and insights.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Dimexons visibility and positioning as an employer of choice.

Business partner and People Experience

  • Closely work with the unit and functional leaders on key people matters, including talent needs, development, and workforce planning.
  • Support performance management cycles- goal-setting, reviews, feedback, and developmental planning.
  • Identify and facilitate IDPs, skill matrix, monitoring progress etc.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies in collaboration with business teams.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and ensure policy understanding and compliance.
  • Contribute to succession planning, internal mobility, and talent development initiatives.
  • Support organization-wide HR processes and help strengthen a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA HR from a Tier 2/3 college
  • 3-4 years

    of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment and HRBP activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in HR workstreams with a deep dive of talent acquisition
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office
