Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and issue offer/appointment letters.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experience by coordinating with IT/Admin for ID creation, email setup, and workstation readiness.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new hires, addressing queries related to joining formalities, policies, and benefits.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents (KYC, educational, previous employment proofs, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
  • Track probation confirmation, contract renewals, and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Generate and maintain reports related to employee records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (onboarding & documentation preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HRMS, MS Excel, and documentation practices.
