Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage workforce planning and scheduling to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports and dashboards.
Analyse workforce data and provide insights to improve productivity.
Work closely with project managers, team leads, and HR to align workforce strategies with business goals.
Maintain and update workforce databases with precision.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings.
Handle communication with engagement Org. Team & Internal HR team.
Monitor real-time workforce performance and adjust as needed to address any issues or changes in demand.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workforce efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
3-4 years of experience in HR Executive role.
Proficient communication skills (verbal and written).
Expert-level skills in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
