Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and dedicated HR Executive to join our overseas recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete international recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation, and coordination through final deployment. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail on overseas recruitment activities. Willingness to travel are mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment cycle. Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, specifically skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Handle documentation, visa processing coordination, and compliance procedures for overseas hiring. Handle day-to-day work, including administrative duties and operational activities. Collaborate with HR and other departments to fulfill workforce requirements. Willingness to travel for recruitment and business purposes. Requirements: Proven recruiting skills with experience in talent acquisition, especially in overseas recruitment. Fluent in Hindi and English. Strong communication and coordination skills. Flexibility and willingness to travel as per job requirements. Good knowledge of MS Office.
