Job Description

You will be working as a Human Resource Compliance Specialist at Nissin ABC Logistics Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to all statutory HR compliance requirements, including labor laws, tax regulations, and workplace safety standards. You will need to maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance. Additionally, you will assist in preparing compliance reports and audits to meet regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - HR Compliance Management: - Ensure adherence to all statutory HR compliance requirements. - Maintain knowledge of employment laws and best practices. - Assist in preparing compliance reports and audits. - Statutory Compliance: - Oversee and manage compliance matters like Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, and Professional Tax. - Review changes in labor laws and ensure organizational alignment with statutory obligations. - Labor Laws: - Ensure compliance with labor laws related to wages, working hours, leave policies, and employee benefits. - Act as the point of contact for resolving labor-related concerns and maintaining smooth relations with regulatory bodies. - Contract Labor Management: - Manage engagement of contract labor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. - Maintain records of contract laborers, ensuring timely renewals and termination processes comply with statutory norms. - Wages Administration: - Administer wage structures and oversee wage-related processes in compliance with legal requirements. - Ensure wage disbursements are consistent with labor laws. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). - Proficiency in handling statutory records and compliance reporting. - Good understanding of contract labor management and associated regulations. - Some experience in recruitment processes, including onboarding and contract management. - Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, the company prefers candidates with certifications in labor laws or HR compliance, experience in HR audits and compliance checks, and knowledge of HR systems like SAP or Workday.,
