Job Description

As a Human Resource Compliance Specialist at Nissin ABC Logistics Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to ensure the organization's adherence to all statutory HR compliance requirements, encompassing labor laws, tax regulations, and workplace safety standards. You will need to keep yourself updated with the latest employment laws, regulations, and best practices to guarantee organizational compliance. Additionally, you will assist in preparing compliance reports and audits to meet regulatory requirements effectively. Your role will also involve overseeing and managing statutory compliance matters such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Gratuity, and other applicable social security schemes. It will be crucial to stay informed about changes in labor laws and ensure that the organization complies with all applicable statutory obligations. Furthermore, you will be tasked with ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant labor laws concerning wages, working hours, leave policies, and employee benefits. You will act as the primary point of contact for resolving any labor-related concerns and maintaining smooth relations with regulatory bodies. In managing contract labor engagement, you will be responsible for meeting all contractual obligations, including compliance with labor laws and other regulatory requirements. This will involve maintaining records of contract laborers, ensuring timely renewals and termination processes in compliance with statutory norms, as well as ensuring accurate computation of wages, allowances, deductions, and statutory benefits in accordance with legal requirements. Administering wage structures and overseeing wage-related processes will also be part of your role, ensuring equity, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements. You will need to ensure that wage disbursements are consistent with local and national labor laws. If you possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred), and have proficiency in handling statutory records (ESI, PF, PT, etc.) and compliance reporting, along with a good understanding of contract labor management and associated regulations, you are encouraged to apply. Additionally, some experience in recruitment processes, including onboarding and contract management, strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion will be advantageous. Preferred qualifications include certifications in labor laws or HR compliance, experience in handling HR audits and compliance checks, as well as knowledge of HR systems and tools like SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.,
