Position Overview

Human Resource Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our services.
Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
Support the recruitment process by providing placement assistance and identifying suitable candidates for various roles.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and HR processes.
Participate in HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

0 to 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Proficiency in client relationship management and a keen understanding of client needs.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
