Human Resource Associates

Your responsibilities will include: - Handling end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and making job offers. - Managing employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. - Assisting in designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills. - Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. - Supporting performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback. - Administering compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benefits enrollment. - Maintaining the HRIS database and generating reports for HR analysis and decision-making. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - 2+ years of experience in an HR role. - Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques. - Familiarity with employee relations concepts and best practices. - Experience in designing and delivering training programs. - Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures. - Ability to analyze and interpret HR data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Knowledge of labor law and compliance.
