JD for the role as under -

Key Responsibilities:

Create and publish job descriptions across various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.).
Source candidates using databases, social media, and other innovative channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the entire recruitment process including offer negotiation and pre-boarding formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
