Human Resource Administrator

Job Title: HR Admin- Site Location: Jamnagar Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Admin to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations at our Jamnagar site location. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance, employee support, and smooth HR processes specific to the site, acting as a key liaison between the RCP HR team and on-site employees. Key Responsibilities: Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage joining formalities for site employees and contractors. Maintain and verify all documentation and records (ID proof, joining kits, bank details, etc.). Coordinate exit interviews and clearance for separated employees. Providing HR clearance during offboarding Attendance & Payroll Support: Track and maintain daily attendance and manpower reports especially for off-roll employees Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accuracy of site-based payroll inputs (site allowance, Additional HRA, leaves, etc.). Compliance & Records: Ensure site HR documentation complies with labor laws and company policy. Maintain statutory registers and assist in audits (PF, ESIC, labor licenses, etc.). Liaise with labor contractors and ensure compliance. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances on-site. Facilitate timely resolution or escalation to central HR. Conduct periodic welfare activities and engagement programs. HR Admin & Reporting: Coordinate with the Refinery HR, IR, Security, and Safety teams to procure essential permissions. Prepare and submit HR reports as required (manpower status, absenteeism, etc.). Coordinate training and safety programs as per site requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 13 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably at a site/project location. Familiarity with labor laws and statutory requirements applicable to site work. Preferred: Experience in Solar/manufacturing/construction/infrastructure/engineering sites. Knowledge of local language and regional compliance norms.
