The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling core HR functions with a strong focus on statutory compliance, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI). Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records in compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements. Manage end-to-end PF and ESI processes, including registration, deductions, remittances, and timely filing of returns. Coordinate with government portals such as EPFO and ESIC for timely submissions and issue resolutions. Assist in payroll processing by ensuring accuracy of statutory deductions and reimbursements. Support onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements. Generate and maintain HR reports related to compliance, attendance, and employee benefits. Stay updated with labor laws and statutory changes impacting HR practices.
