As a member of the HR / Administrative department at Sikraft, you will be based in Mumbai. Your primary role will be to oversee and manage the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring smooth operations across various Sikraft offices worldwide and client sites. This includes resource planning, recruitment, performance management, trainings, and other essential tasks to streamline work processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall administrative functions to ensure smooth operations - Implement streamlined processes for resource planning, recruitments, performance management, trainings, etc. - Produce regular maintenance and reports from MIS for better understanding of administrative details and operational vigilance - Diligently manage foreign deputations of engineers to ensure a trouble-free experience on work trips - Aim to maintain high satisfaction levels in employees while achieving optimum operational excellence Qualifications Required: - Qualified management graduates with specialization in HR are preferred - Proficient in affluent English communication - Knowledge of foreign languages is an added advantage Please note that this role offers the opportunity to work in a centralized HR / Administrative department that plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and satisfaction levels of employees at Sikraft.,
