We are seeking a HubSpot Solution Specialist who can take ownership of our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with HubSpot’s Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs, and the ability to understand current business workflows, suggest improvements, and implement end-to-end solutions independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit current HubSpot setup and recommend best practices
Design and implement custom workflows, automation, and integrations
Optimize CRM usage across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Create dashboards, reports, and campaign performance metrics
Train internal teams and ensure ongoing adoption of HubSpot capabilities
Experience- 8 - 12 years (Please apply only Relevant candidate only.)
Shift Time- 11:00 am to 8 pm(Candidate has to be flexible, may require overlap EST as per project need)
Budget-As per Experience (Negotiable)
Number Of Opening- 1
Contract- 3 month - Up to 12 months (As per the project Requirement)
