As a HubSpot Operations Head at MarkeStac, your role will involve overseeing the strategic and operational management of HubSpot processes to ensure smooth implementation and integration for clients. Your responsibilities will include optimizing workflows, analyzing platform performance, managing and mentoring a team, developing operational strategies, and maintaining efficient project execution in alignment with client objectives and budgets. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee strategic and operational management of HubSpot processes - Optimize workflows and analyze platform performance - Manage and mentor a team of skilled professionals - Develop operational strategies for efficient project execution - Ensure alignment with client objectives and budgets Qualifications: - Proven experience in Operations Management and expertise with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot - Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve processes and derive actionable insights - Ability to lead, manage, and mentor teams effectively - Excellent Communication skills for management, team coordination, and client interaction - Proficiency in Budgeting and resource planning for project alignment with financial objectives - Problem-solving orientation with a proactive approach to challenges in operations and CRM processes - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree is a plus - Previous experience in digital marketing or CRM-focused industries advantageous - Complete exposure to the HubSpot Ecosystem - Experience with Demo calls, Third-party integrations, and reporting dashboards If you are passionate about helping businesses achieve success and have the required qualifications and experience, MarkeStac is looking for immediate joiners like you to join the team in Mohali, Punjab.
