As a HubSpot Implementation Expert, you will be responsible for working closely with the Client Services team to optimize HubSpot for clients. This includes implementing various HubSpot tools such as Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, CMS, and Operations Hub. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HubDb, Workflows, and migrating from different CRMs to HubSpot. Additionally, you will be expected to create implementation plans tailored to each client's business model, troubleshoot issues, and optimize HubSpot accounts for improved processes and data hygiene. Key skills required for this role include expertise in setting up and configuring marketing automation platforms, knowledge of email marketing best practices, and proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, creativity, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HubSpot. HubSpot certifications, experience with other marketing automation tools, and knowledge of digital marketing strategies are preferred qualifications.
