Key Responsibilities

CRM Management & Administration

  • Own the configuration, maintenance, and daily administration of

    HubSpot CRM

    , including all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations).
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and team structures.
  • Create and maintain

    custom properties, workflows, sequences, pipelines, and dashboards

    .
  • Ensure system health by performing

    regular data audits, deduplication, and hygiene

    checks.
  • Integrate HubSpot with external tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Google Workspace, etc.).

Automation & Process Optimization

  • Design, test, and implement

    automated workflows

    to streamline lead management, deal tracking, and customer onboarding.
  • Optimize

    lead scoring, lifecycle stages

    , and

    nurture sequences

    for marketing and sales alignment.
  • Improve efficiency across teams by identifying and automating repetitive tasks.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop

    custom reports and dashboards

    for leadership and operational teams.
  • Monitor

    key KPIs

    (lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, campaign ROI, etc.) and recommend insights for improvement.
  • Provide monthly performance summaries and data-driven recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with

    Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

    teams to ensure CRM processes support business goals.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors on HubSpot integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as the

    primary point of contact

    for all HubSpot-related issues, training, and system enhancements.

Training & Governance

  • Train new users and create documentation,SOPs, and best-practice guides.
  • Ensure CRM processes comply with

    GDPR, CAN-SPAM

    , and data protection standards.
  • Maintain version control and change management documentation for system updates.
