Job Description

Sales & Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive performance and ensure zero pendency across 500+ delivery hubs.
Manage day-to-day operations in coordination with sales, supply chain, and ops teams.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement plans.
Use analytical tools to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Optimize delivery planning, route scheduling, and resource allocation.
Handle SOP implementation, team performance, and compliance to SLAs.

Desired Candidate Profile

36 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
Hands-on experience managing hub/delivery operations at scale.
Exposure to control tower frameworks is a plus.
Strong planning, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Comfortable using WMS/FMS tools, Excel, dashboards, and operational reporting.
