About the team You will be joining the Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team at Meesho, working on enabling Meesho to deliver a world-class experience to our customers. As one of the prime movers in the e-commerce logistics ecosystem, the F&E team is solving industry-defining problems at scale that few startups can offer globally. About the Role As an Assistant Manager- F&E, you will be responsible for identifying key issues, setting priorities, developing solutions, and driving their implementation to reduce line haul network costs. You will also collaborate with the product team to shape and deploy appropriate tech-enabled solutions when required. Additionally, you will lead the implementation of network design strategies to gain better control over operations and achieve cost efficiency across the line haul network. What You Will Do Drive network design initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, performance, and reliability across the supply chain. Apply core network design principles to solve complex structural problems in a scalable and sustainable manner. Drive program adherence by working closely with operations teams while continuously resolving edge cases that lead to suboptimal outcomes under existing processes. Take ownership of critical aspects of overall network optimisation and cost reduction, including cost management and design of complex network structures. Manage both internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of the programs you own. This role demands strong generalist problem-solving skills and provides opportunities for mobility across various business verticals within the organisation. What you will need Candidates from premier institutes with 2-3 years of total work experience are preferred. Prior experience in Fulfilment, 3PL logistics, and end-to-end supply chain operationsespecially within tech-driven startupsis a strong plus. Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and analytical thinking. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and prioritise high-impact initiatives. A data-driven and curious mindset, with a strong instinct for interpreting data patterns. A strong sense for data and the ability to derive insightscomfort with analysis and basic proficiency in R would be an added advantage.

About the Role As Cluster Head MM - Jaipur, youll own the onboarding and training of partners and managing operations for the entire Jaipur cluster. Youll also drive key operational metrics by regularly visiting their facilities in different cities in your area. Youll take complete ownership of processes allotted to you and work with various stakeholders to achieve team goals. Youll continuously work towards identifying gaps and providing recommendations for improving our processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatching of orders. Adhere to SLA timelines for dispatches across platforms such as Amazon, Zepto, Instamart, etc. Upload tracking IDs and update order status on all respective seller panels accurately. 2. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate daily pickups with logistics partners (e.g., Safex, Bluedart, Safe Express). Ensure proper handover of shipments with correct documentation (e.g., invoices, manifests). Address and resolve any operational issues with courier partners proactively. 3. Return & RTO (Return to Origin) Management: Monitor RTO shipments regularly and identify root causes for failed deliveries. Take corrective actions to reduce RTO percentage. Handle return shipments and ensure proper reconciliation with warehouse inventory and finance teams. 4. Purchase Order (PO) Handling & Invoicing: Process and acknowledge all incoming POs from marketplace platforms and B2B clients. Work with the accounts team to prepare GST-compliant invoices, e-way bills, and packing slips. Ensure timely documentation and dispatch as per customer requirements. 5. MIS & Reporting: Maintain and update daily reports covering order processing, dispatches, returns, and logistics expenses. Monitor key logistics performance indicators such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), RTO rate, and turnaround times (TAT). Present weekly performance insights to the management. 6. Platform Coordination & Issue Resolution: Manage backend operations on seller platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Zepto Partner Portal, Instamart Console, etc. Resolve platform-related issues including delivery disputes, penalty reversals, return claims, and service-level breaches. Communicate with platform support teams for timely resolution of escalations. Key Requirements 25 years of relevant experience in e-commerce logistics or supply chain operations. Familiarity with logistics documentation (invoices, e-way bills, manifests). Hands-on experience with seller portals like Amazon, Zepto, Instamart, etc. Strong Excel skills and reporting ability.
