HSE Executive - Third Party Payroll

Location : Off roll- Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka, AP/Telangana

• Advise site management, including Site Incharge, Engineers, and Supervisors, on the implementation of the project HSE plan.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure the enforcement of HSE rules on site, ensuring compliance with HSE contract clauses.
• Review risk assessment documents from main contractors, ensuring thorough evaluation of potential hazards.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and monitor their implementation on site to ensure safe work practices.
• Ensure that work plans are developed systematically with proper consideration of HSE practices and safety measures.
• Identify potential gaps in safety practices within the project management team and suggest or organize relevant training programs (e.g., First Aid, CPR, Electrical Safety, Fire Safety).
• Ensure all employees receive HSE inductions and relevant training as required for their roles.
• Participate in organizing and conducting mock drills for emergency preparedness, such as fire drills and evacuation procedures.
• Ensure daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and Permit to Work (PTW) are followed for all jobs, ensuring proper safety protocols are in place before work begins.
• Support and ensure the completion of monthly safety committee meetings and Minutes of Meeting (MOM) preparation.
• Monitor and check monthly reports, safety checklists, and ensure that contractors and subcontractors are adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Escalate any incidents in a timely manner and conduct thorough root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence.
• Document and report incidents following established procedures to ensure proper follow-up and corrective actions.
• Perform safety inspections for all activities conducted in solar & wind plants.
