HSE Engineer

Key Responsibilities :-

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and policies
• Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and international standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and job safety analyses (JSA)
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety walkthroughs
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare root cause analysis and reports
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions
• Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors on HSE matters
• Maintain HSE records, permits, statistics, and reports
• Ensure environmental controls related to waste management, pollution control, and sustainability
• Stop unsafe work practices and recommend corrective and preventive actions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
