Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HRMS Technical Consultant who will have deep technical expertise in HRMS applications, with strong hands-on experience in Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL, along with a solid understanding of core HRMS modules and domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain HRMS technical components including Oracle Forms, Reports, and workflows.
  • Write efficient and scalable PL/SQL code to support various HRMS functionalities.
  • Collaborate with functional HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support for HRMS issues, including data corrections, system configurations, and integration issues.
  • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
  • Maintain documentation of technical solutions, configurations, and customizations.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in HRMS Technical development.
  • Proficient in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL development.
  • Solid understanding of HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, and related processes.
  • Good domain knowledge of Human Resources systems and workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote working environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in remote teams and cross-functional environments.
