Senior Oracle Transportation Management Specialist

As a Senior Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Specialist, you will play a key role in our dynamic team, utilizing your expertise to design and deliver robust solutions for complex business requirements in the logistics and transportation management domain. With a minimum of 7 years of experience and at least 2 end-to-end OTM implementations under your belt, you will lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle OTM modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Your responsibilities will include engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configuring and customizing OTM modules, designing technical specifications and solution architectures, managing system integrations, conducting training sessions for user adoption, providing ongoing support and maintenance, and leading cloud migration projects. Your role will require strong domain knowledge, hands-on experience with OTM configuration and customization, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Certification as an Oracle Transportation Management Cloud Certified Implementation Professional is mandatory - Proven experience in delivering a minimum of 2 full-cycle OTM implementations - Strong understanding of transportation management, logistics, and supply chain processes - Proficiency in integrating OTM with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other enterprise systems - Ability to design scalable solutions aligned with business objectives - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills - Experience in on-premises to Oracle Cloud migration projects preferred - Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders and project teams - Ready to join within a maximum notice period of 20 days To apply for this role, please ensure you attach a copy of your PAN card along with your updated resume.
