Job Description

HRMS Specialist Narayana Health

Job Purpose & Scope

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Administration

Manage L1 queries, access requests, and issues for recruitment and onboarding workflows.
Process candidate and employee transactions within SAP SuccessFactors (Sphere).
Support BGV and Naukri portal integrations for end-to-end data flow.

2. System Configuration, Testing & Support

Assist with system configuration and testing for new units or process updates.
Conduct data validation and workflow testing for accuracy and compliance.
Manage system tickets and coordinate L2/L3 escalations with PWC/SAP.

3. Automation & Data Management

Support HR automation projects such as HR Letter automation.
Conduct integration testing, maintain audit documentation, and ensure compliance.
Track consultant contracts, hiring trends, and IT input requirements.

4. Learning & Enablement

Conduct HRMS training for HR teams and hiring managers.
Deliver refresher sessions on RCM & ONB modules across units.
Maintain updated training guides and documentation.

Internal:

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education:

MBA / PGDM in HR or Graduate with strong HR systems exposure

Experience:

4–7 years in HR Shared Services / HR Operations with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment & Onboarding)
Knowledge of configuration, testing, and escalation management

Functional Skills:

SAP SuccessFactors RCM & ONB configuration and troubleshooting
HR operations – recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle
System testing, ticket tracking, and reporting

Behavioural Skills:

Analytical and detail-oriented
Strong process discipline
Collaborative and service-driven mindset

Language:

Proficiency in English
