Job Description

As an HRIS Analyst at our company, you will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function, with a particular focus on Workday reporting and analytics. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the integrity and reliability of the organization's HRIS, primarily Workday, by partnering with cross-functional HR teams and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable reports and dashboards. You will be the primary point of contact for system-related issues, contributing to data-driven projects and ensuring clean, consistent, and trustworthy HR data within Workday. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the development and maintenance of system-generated reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders. - Creating and scheduling Advanced and Matrix reports based on the requirements. - Providing day-to-day functional support to end users with system-related inquiries and support requests. - Managing incoming help requests from end users via the ServiceNow ticket system, following department protocols. - Creating calculated fields as needed to assist in the reporting requirements. - Resolving issues and assisting users with "how-to" questions related to the HRIS system (Workday). - Reviewing scheduled audit reports and collaborating with HR and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in accordance with change management protocols. - Supporting data clean-up and integrity projects across various HR modules. - Collaborating on HR audit preparation and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. - Troubleshooting basic system issues and escalating when necessary. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in Workday systems. - Experience in Workday Reporting and related areas including calculated fields. - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Preferred skills for this role: - Time-keeping administration knowledge in Workday or Kronos is a plus. - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft products and working knowledge of web-based applications. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Flexibility and willingness to adjust to support HR and business needs.,
