Key Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have: • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (at least two modules and two full-cycle implementations). • Proven experience integrating SuccessFactors with: • NetSuite ERP • ADP Global Payroll • Procurement systems • CRM platforms • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, data structures, and compliance requirements. • Familiarity with integration protocols: REST, SOAP, SFTP, OData. • Strong experience with XML, JSON, SuccessFactors API (OData/CompoundEmployee) and integration mapping.
