Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting a wide range of business requirements through the development and design of new/modified applications in compliance with Pella Standards using various technical tools. Your role will involve working with internal business partners and external resources to provide application systems that enable functional processes. You will be handling medium-sized projects and tasks while demonstrating a solid knowledge of functional processes and system applications. Troubleshooting system and data problems, recommending appropriate action, and designing, developing, and maintaining technical interfaces from various systems will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be relaying complex technical concepts to other functional and technical team members. Key Responsibilities: - Day to day support of the existing environment, including production issue resolution (alerts, tickets, requests from analysts). You should be able to quickly diagnose issues in a wide variety of areas without specific, detailed knowledge in the problematic area. - Analysis and design work, such as analyzing business requirements, developing design, managing configuration and integration, and conducting robust testing to support new system implementations, current system upgrades, and business process changes and CI initiatives. Your work will be reviewed with Sr. Analyst or manager. - Code development, including developing code based on technical design specifications, performing initial code checkout, and communicating status to parties involved. You should be familiar with and help improve and establish development standards, capable of developing across all key development tools available, and assisting other analysts in increasing their knowledge of various technical tools. - Project management, which involves providing estimates of various technical tasks and coordinating projects with more than one technical requirement. - Documentation, Training, and support handoff, where you will produce documentation to turn over to functional analyst or Sr. Analyst/Expert, provide documentation and proposals for both technical and business analysts. - Advanced Support, supporting other team members by providing industry expertise on difficult and complex issues. Qualifications Required: - Implementation, Configuration, and administration experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud in any 2 modules viz. Talent Management, Oracle Learn Cloud, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR. Desirable to have 1-2 implementations. - Able to understand and perform basic query functions using SQLs, fast formulas, and queries in HR systems. Additional SQL knowledge is encouraged. - Familiarity with application setups necessary for forms, reports, workflows, etc. - Strong leadership, organization & project management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Oracle SR creation is essential.,
