HRIS Senior Analyst ( SAP SuccessFactors & ServiceNow - Mandatory)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and resolve daily tickets, incidents, and service requests related to SAP SF and HRSD.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business units to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Prioritize and manage HRIS demands through established intake and sprint cycles.
• Ensure high-quality documentation of requirements, testing, and configurations.
• Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and data validation activities.
• Maintain strong understanding of SAP SF modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and RBP.
• Handle HRSD workflows, case management, and service catalog configurations.
• Track, analyze, and report on SLAs, demand backlog, and incident metrics.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and global HR policies.
• For Demand, support the Solutions Design Director as necessary
• Maintain proficiency and knowledge of the Companys business systems, policies and procedures, ensuring that these are incorporated within AFRS implementation as necessary.
• Write, review, evaluate, and modify new or existing project management and project scope materials.
• Line management of Project Managers
• Drive performance of all direct reports
• Development and coaching of direct report

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree like Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (must-have).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed HRIS environment.
• High standard of written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate
• across all levels
• Confident and assertive with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
