Job Description As a System Compliance Specialist, your role involves ensuring system compliance with FLSA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating integrations between HRIS, finance, and benefits vendors, conducting system testing, user training, and providing post-go-live support. Additionally, you will maintain documentation and support ongoing system optimization. Key Responsibilities - Ensure system compliance with FLSA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements. - Coordinate integrations between HRIS, finance, and benefits vendors. - Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support. - Maintain documentation and support ongoing system optimization. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, UKG, ADP, Dayforce, etc. - Excellent data management, analytical, and communication skills.,
