HRIS Analyst

As a People Systems Analyst at LRQA, you will play a crucial role in the People Teams" change agenda by defining and refining requirements for all aspects of change, including systems and processes, to ensure accurate execution and embedding of change within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for successful change implementation, including system and process changes, business readiness, and service introduction. - System Maintenance: Maintain and update the People system by supporting regular releases, developing test scripts, and testing. You will triage, assign, and monitor the progress of tickets through governance mechanisms and check-ins with the IT team. - Translating Business Objectives: Work with IT and the People team to enable appropriate People system solutions that align with organizational needs. Translate business objectives into technical requirements. - Process Improvements: Identify process-related improvements or policy changes to enhance system efficiency and optimize user experience. - Software Implementation/ Improvements: Collaborate with IT, the People team, and project teams to support software implementation projects and prioritize change activities within the People systems. Support the introduction of new People services and provide training and engagement to key stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Working knowledge of HR/People technology platforms, with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors being advantageous. - Proven delivery record in HR IS or IT-related projects. - Learning agility and attention to detail. - Ability to navigate complexity and work in an Agile environment. - Excellent communication skills and commitment to data confidentiality. - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with project and service management tools. - Hands-on knowledge of SQL Reporting would be favorable.
