As a Human Resources (HRIS) Analyst at Fueling Brains, your primary responsibility will be to oversee various HR administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining employee records and supporting daily HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the employee lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, HR system updates, and termination processes. - Assist in benefits administration and maintain employee data on the HRIS platform. - Administer and optimize HRIS processes to enhance efficiency. - Create workflows, approval chains, and policies in the HRIS system. - Implement automation and system improvements to streamline HR processes. - Generate regular and ad hoc reports for leadership and HR team. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and legal regulations. - Collaborate on internal HR projects to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: 2 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS management, or similar role. - Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Rippling, or Workday is preferred. - Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills. - Proficiency in Excel or similar reporting tools, with familiarity in HR analytics. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly. - Strong communication skills.
