Strive for balanced gender representation and build a culture of inclusion.
Partner ER and HRBP team to drive consistency in application of our ER frameworks and policies including PIP, disciplinary actions, probation reviews, etc. in partnership with People Services/ Experience team.
Act as a change champion, managing the people side of change transformation efforts to ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth and expansion.
Identify opportunities and anchor solutions which improve ways of working and enable simplification across the organization.

Qualifications:

Master s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6+ years of experience in business partnering, organizational development, and employee relations roles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
