Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Deployment

  • Ensure timely hiring and onboarding of sales talent aligned to business needs.

Sales Capability Building

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps.
  • Design and deliver training, coaching, and development interventions to enhance sales capability and productivity.

Performance Management

  • Drive goal setting, review, and appraisal processes for the sales force.
  • Track productivity metrics and support managers in performance improvement actions.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Implement engagement initiatives tailored for the sales workforce.
  • Monitor attrition and drive retention strategies, especially for high-potential and high-performing sales employees.

Reward & Recognition Programs

  • Support design, communication, and administration of R&R schemes.
  • Ensure fair implementation, timely payout, and alignment with business targets.

Sales Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across sales teams.
  • Track compliance with labor laws, organizational guidelines, and ethical standards in field operations.
