HRBP Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Business Partners in day-to-day employee management activities
  • Assist in performance tracking, employee data management & HR reporting
  • Participate in grievance handling and employee engagement activities
  • Help drive key HR initiatives and ensure timely documentation
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all HR operations

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or pursuing MBA in Human Resources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation
  • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
  • Comfortable with 6-day working from office (WFO) setup
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
