Key Responsibilities: - Support the People Team Roadmap plans to impact growth and success effectively. - Provide comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off-boarding, performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent development. - Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering solutions for HR matters confidently. - Ensure clear communication and compliance of policies and processes across teams. - Contribute to transformation and change management initiatives. - Assist in research and provide insights for strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with People Ops team for seamless employee experience and operational needs. - Execute employee engagement programs and contribute to a vibrant company culture. - Suggest updates for continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience. Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience. - Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills. - Strong influencing skills and passion for fostering an inclusive culture. - Proactive self-starter with excellent communication abilities. - Knowledge of regional employment laws and labor standards. - HR designation is a plus.
